Auto-Reload

Set a token threshold and reload quantity to keep governed AI insights and telemetry processing available for this tenant.

When enabled, Toro Pulse can prepare a token reload when the tenant balance drops below the configured threshold.
Auto-reload is currently not configured.

Billing governance

Tier changes affect the tenant package assignment and token allocation after checkout completion. Auto-reload settings are intended to be simple guardrails for billing administrators and should remain aligned with the tenant’s approved operating model.

Permissions model

Admin can manage users and tenant access. Operator is intended for governed workflow actions such as view, approve, reject, and regenerate reports. Viewer is read-only. Billing ownership remains separate from end-user administration.
